摘 要:针对现有的纤维异形度检测系统较难完成边界不封闭、不完整的纤维图像的边界提取,而系统中的六点测量法效率低、数据稳定性差等问题,提出采用三点法测量Y形纤维异形度。通过在Y形纤维截面图像内部点取3个拐点完成纤维截面的边缘检测,确定Y形纤维截面的边界,提取截面的形态特征参数,并计算各异形度指标。该方法特别适用于截面边界不完整的Y形纤维图像的处理,且效率较高。分析讨论测量结果表明,介绍的方法具有较好的实际应用性。Due to the inefficiency and poor data stability of six-point method,and on account of the current measurement system which is difficult to perform boundary extraction of the image of fiber with unclosed boundary,the three-point method for measuring the abnormal degree of the cross-section of Y-shaped fiber was provided.The edge detection of fiber cross-section was realized by taking three internal turning points in the cross-sectional image of Y-shaped fiber.At the same time,the extraction of characteristic parameters and the computation of the abnormal degree of Y-shaped fiber were completed by determining the boundaries of fiber cross-section.This method is especially suitable for measuring the abnormal degree of the cross-sectional image of Y-shaped fiber with the unclosed boundry,with high efficiency.The measurement results indicated that the method described by this paper has good practical application.
