摘 要:近年来,我国江河湖泊的水体污染和富营养化问题日趋严重,因此,对受污染的江河湖库水体进行治理是社会经济发展及生态环境建设的迫切需要。采用了浸没式生物滤床工艺,选用弹性立体填料和组合填料,强化系统中的微生物及藻类用来原位净化水质,着重研究了生物膜中异养细菌与藻类之间互利共生的关系。结果表明,弹性立体填料与组合填料生物膜内形成了不同的生物群落结构,均存在菌藻共生的现象。Nowadays,water pollution and eutrophication problem of rivers and lakes in China are becoming more and more serious,therefore,it is urgent for social economic development and ecological environment construction to deal with the contaminated water bodies.According to environmental engineering principles,immersed biofilter was applied to make full use of aquatic micro-organisms and algae in ecosystems to purify the water in-situ,which was focused on the relationship of mutualism and competition between heterotrophic bacteria and algae.The result showed that different biological community structure formed in biofilm of elastic packing and combined packing and the phenomenon of symbiotic bacteria and algae was found in both biofilms.
