摘　　要：阐述了在实际处置大批量丙酮氰醇残留物及清洗过程中产生的含氰废液的处置流程。采用焚烧干馏气化热解法和直接高温焚烧法分别处置丙酮氰醇的固体及液体,利用碱性氯化法处置高浓度含氰废液。整个工艺过程达到了环保要求。The paper related how the company handling large numbers of the residue of acetone cyanohydrin,and generated the cleaning process for the disposal of process waste containing cyanide.Using gasification pyrolysis method of dry distillation furnace and direct high-temperature incineration method for disposal acetone cyanohydrin＇s solid and liquid,Using Alkaline chlorination method for high concentrations of cyanide waste disposal.The entire process meet the need of environmental protection requirements.
