摘　　要：在传统食品机械质量检测方法中引入自动化控制技术,采用数字采集系统,实现传统检测方法的数字化自动化改造,提高检测方法的精度和准确性。Introduce a new auto-control technology in the traditional mechanical test method. With the electronic measure system, we realize the auto control and digitization in the traditional measure method and also enhance the accuracy.
