摘 要:为了开发新型高效廉价的吸咐材料,利用常压微波辐射法在酸性条件下以三嵌段共聚物(P123)为模板剂,制备了高度有序的SBA-15型介孔分子筛。研究了静态条件下SBA-15对电镀废水中Cu2+的吸附,探讨了SBA-15用量、废水pH值、吸附时间、吸附温度对去除Cu2+效果的影响。结果表明:废水pH值为5.0,Cu2+在0~100 mg/L内,按Cu2+与SBA-15质量比为1∶10投加SBA-15进行处理,25℃下吸附90 min,Cu2+去除率可达98%以上。含Cu2+的电镀废水经SBA-15吸附后,废水中Cu2+的含量低于国家一级排放标准。合成的SBA-15介孔分子筛经济实用,吸附电镀废水中Cu2+效率高。Three component block copolymer P123 was used as a template to prepare highly ordered SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve via a normal pressure microwave irradiation route under acidic condition. The adsorption behavior of as-prepared SBA-15 for Cu2+ in electroplating wastewater was studied under static condition, and the effects of the dosage of SBA-15, pH value of wastewater, adsorption time and adsorption temperature on the removal rate of Cu2+ were investigated. It was found that at a wastewater pH value of 5.0, Cu2+ concentration of 0~100 mg/L, Cu2+ to SBA-15 mass ratio of 1:10, adsorption time of 90 min and temperature of 25℃, Cu2+ in the wastewater could be removed at a rate of above 98%. The Cu content of the electroplating wastewater treated with SBA-15 was lower than Grade 1 of discharge standard specified in relevant national standards. As-synthesized SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve is cost-effective and can be applied to remove Cu2+ in electroplating wastewater efficiently.
