摘　　要：为了满足化学纤维生产飞速发展对卷绕长丝用圆柱形纸质筒管的要求,详细介绍了化学纤维产品的分类情况及其生产工艺、国内外知名公司制造的长丝卷绕头的类型和主要技术参数、适纺品种、纺丝工艺速度的现状,说明高速卷绕头向高速、多头、精密卷绕、自动化和智能化的方向发展;分析了不同锭轴的结构型式、外径、长度及纺丝张力对纸筒管内径、长度、径向抗压强度的要求,以及卷绕横动装置、纺丝线密度对纸筒管的要求,指出常见的切换问题,提出修订筒管标准时应关注的关键技术,以增强国产纸筒管在国际市场的竞争力。In order to cater the rapid development of chemical fiber production for the quality regutremenr of the paper cylinder bobbin for filament winding, details introduction is made the current fiber stapling in- stance, process, category of the winding heads by the noted companies both at home and abroad together with the specification, spinning category, spinning process. Conclusion is made that the winding head is ori- ented with high speed, multihead, precision winding, automation and intelligentization. Analysis is done to the impacting factors including structure of the varieties, outer diameter, length, spinning tension of the spindle as well as the winding traverse mechanism, spinning linerity on the paper bobbin. The common switchover problems are discussed. Some cautions are given in revising the paper bobbin norm so as to increase the competition edge of the paper bobbin in the world market.
