摘 要:针对塔里木油田现行防喷器控制系统液压过滤装置的不足,基于对系统的油液污染状况与各因素之间关系和实际过滤系统简化模型的分析,建立污染物平衡的数学模型;通过对控制方程曲线分析,提出防喷器控制系统过滤装置2种改进方案。通过方案的对比,确定外循环过滤装置来控制液压系统的清洁度。结果表明,采用外循环过滤系统可以有效弥补内过滤系统的不足,使系统油液污染度控制在较低的水平。According to the lack of existing hydraulic filter of blowout preventer control system in Tarim Oilfield, and based on the analysis of relationship between oil pollution status and various factors and simplified model of the actual filtration system, a mathematical model of pollutants balance was established, and improvement schemes of hydraulic filter were proposed by analyzing the variation of equations. By comparing the two schemes, the outside cyclic hydraulic filter was selected to control the cleanliness of hydraulic system. The testing results show that the outside cyclic hydraulic filter system can effectively make up for the deficiencies of inside filter system,and control the pollution degree at a lower level.
