摘 要:随着牛胚胎体外生产(IVP)技术的不断成熟,体外胚胎生产在一些国家已进入商业化运营阶段。但与体内胚胎相比其移植受体妊娠率、产犊率及胎儿的后天发育能力均较差。因此,开发一种既可靠又实用的检测胚胎发育潜能的技术显得尤为重要。应用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测早期胚胎基因表达,通过分析mRNA的表达丰度来评价卵母细胞成熟情况和胚胎质量是一种可行的方法。论文综述了国内外有关牛卵母细胞成熟和早期胚胎发育过程中部分基因mRNA表达状况,分析了基因表达与胚胎潜能的关系。With the development of production of bovine embryos(IVP) technology,the in vitro producted embryo has reached commercial operation stage in some countries.However,compared with in vivo producted embryo,the pregnancy rate of its transplant recipients,calving rate and fetal development capabilities acquired are poorer.Therefore,it is essential to develop reliable and practical test systems for the quality evaluation of embryos.Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR applying to the expression of early embryonic gene and then analyzing the expression of abundance of mRNA to evaluate oocyte maturation and the quality of embryo have been proven to be a feasible method.This paper reviewed expressions of both maturation of bovine oocytes and that of partial genes of mRNA in early embryonic development and discussed the relationship between the expression of gene and the potential of embryo.
