梅花鹿“猝死症”病原的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘　　要：对某梅花鹿养殖场送检的猝死鹿进行剖检和病原分离、鉴定及药敏试验。共分离得到2种纯培养细菌,一种为革兰阳性的粗大杆菌,无芽胞,有荚膜,溶血;另一种为革兰阴性短杆菌,两极浓染。经生化鉴定表明,分离菌分别是产气荚膜梭菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌,并通过药敏试验筛选到2种高度敏感药物。According to the pathology,bacteria isolation,biochemical experiments and drug sensitive tests,2 strains of bacteria were isolated from affected sika deer which died of sudden death syndrome in total.Of them,one of which is Gram positive,sporen,hemolysis and non capsule.And the other is Gram negative,two layers hyperchromic.Further biochemical experiments indicated that the 2 strains of pathogen are Clostridium perfringens and Pasteurella multocida respectively.And two highly sensitive drugs screened by drug sensitivity tests had good results in clinical application.
