摘　　要：2011年3月10日,云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州盈江县发生5.8级地震。宏观震中位于盈江县城—盈江农场一带,与微观震中基本一致。调查发现,极灾区有房倒屋塌、地表开裂、喷砂冒水、工业构筑物破坏等现象。通过对这些震害现象的调查,根据《中国地震烈度表》(GB/T17742—2008)的相关判别指标,将本次地震最高烈度评定为Ⅷ度,依据充分,符合国家标准。On Mar.10,2011,an earthquake with MS5.8 occurred in Yingjiang County,Yunnan Province.Its macroscopic epicenter is located in the area from Yingjiang County Town to Yingjiang Farm,according with its microseismic epicenter determined through the seimograph.There are collapsed buildings,ground fissures,sandboils and waterspouts,damaged industrial structure and so on in the meizoseismal area.On the basis of the on-the-spot investigation of these seismic hazards,and in the light of the guidelines of Chinese Intensity Table（GB/T 17742-2008）,we hold that the maximum intensity of the earthquake is Ⅷ.
