摘  要:目的:检测骨桥蛋白(OPN)和整合素αvβ3在人子宫内膜的表达,并探讨它们与体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)反复种植失败的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测35例反复种植失败患者(研究组)及35例正常妇女(对照组)各时期子宫内膜组织中OPN和整合素αvβ3的表达。结果:OPN在增殖晚期开始表达,整合素αvβ3则在分泌中期开始出现并表现为强表达,两者在分泌中、晚期的表达水平均较其余各期明显增加(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,两者在研究组种植窗期内膜的表达均明显减弱(P<0.05)。结论:OPN和整合素αvβ3在正常子宫内膜中协调表达且呈现明显周期依赖性,参与子宫内膜容受性的建立;两者在反复种植失败患者种植窗期内膜中的表达明显减弱,可能是引起种植失败的原因之一。Objective To analyze the expression of osteopontin (OPN) and integrin αvβ3 in human endometrium and explore their correlation with recurrent implantation failure in IVF-ET. Methods Immunohistoehemistry was used to measure the expression of OPN and integrin αvβ3 in endometrium obtained in 35 patients with recurrent implantation failure and 35 normal women. Results OPN came to express in later proliferative phase and integrin αvβ3 came to express in mid secretory phase. The expression levels of them in mid, later secretory phase were both significantly higher than that of another phases (P 〈 0.05). Also, their expression during implantation window in study group were lower than that in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions OPN and integrin αvβ3 both show a pronounced menstrual cycle-dependent expression in endometrium and involved in embryonic implantation. The low expression of them during implantation window were may be one of the reason that cause implantation failure.
