摘　　要：为了验证国产球虫疫苗在广西三黄肉鸡生产中的实际应用效果,进行球虫疫苗在三黄肉鸡田间生产条件下的安全性和有效性试验。结果表明:球虫疫苗免疫后对三黄肉鸡消化道上皮细胞保护率达98%以上,饲料报酬提高了3.42%,球虫病发病率、死亡率降低至0.5%以下。表明国产正典COCVAC球虫疫苗的田间应用效果十分理想,值得在三黄肉鸡生产中大力推广应用。In order to verify the domestic coccidiosis vaccine in broiler production in Guangxi yellow practical application of results,the yellow chicken coccidiosis vaccines in the field under production conditions,safety and efficacy trials.The results showed that coccidiosis vaccine after yellow chicken gastrointestinal epithelial cells protected 98%,and improved feed conversion of 3.42%,the incidence of coccidiosis,the mortality rate decreased to 0.5%.Canon COCVAC that made the field application of coccidiosis vaccines has achieved very good,worth yellow vigorously promote the use of broiler production.
