新中国成立初期“中医科学化”的历史考察

摘　　要：新中国成立初期,严峻的医疗卫生状况使"团结中西医"等卫生工作方针的落实显得非常重要。中央人民政府卫生部为此大力倡导了"中医科学化"的方针政策,并在全国范围内开展了大规模的中医进修工作,切实提高了新中国中医队伍的整体思想认识和业务水平,促进了广大中西医之间的团结,同时也为新中国培养了一批初步掌握现代医学知识的中医。但由于各种复杂因素的影响,"中医科学化"的过程中也出现了有违中医政策、歧视和排斥中医的倾向,致使"中医科学化"走过了一段曲折的路。后来由于党和政府大力的介入和政策支持,"中医科学化"过程中的缺点和错误得到了及时纠正,从而为新中国成立初期的中医工作乃至其后的卫生防疫事业发展奠定了坚实的基础。Very severe health conditions in the early days of New China made the implementations of 'unity of traditional Chinese medical science and western medicine' and other health policy seemed very important.The Central Ministry of Health advocated the policy of 'scientization of traditional Chinese medical science',launched nationwide large-scale trainings of traditional Chinese medical science,effectively improved the whole thought and business levels of New China's traditional China medicine doctors,promoted the unity of the doctors of traditional Chinese medical science and western medicine,and at the same time trained a number of traditional Chinese medical science doctors who grasped initial modern medical knowledge.But because of the influence of a variety of complex factors,the process of 'scientization of traditional Chinese medical science' appeared the tendency of violating the policy of traditional Chinese medical science,discriminating and excluding traditional Chinese medical science,which made the scientization of traditional Chinese medical science through a tortuous road.Later because of the party and the Government's strong political involvement and policy support,the shortcomings and mistakes of the process of 'scientization of traditional Chinese medical science' got corrected timely,which laid a solid foundation for traditional Chinese medical science and subsequent health and epidemic prevention development.
