摘　　要：腹腔注射Ｃｏｎ Ａ （伴刀豆球蛋白Ａ） 后， 鲤鱼腮粘膜上皮、口腔粘膜上皮和皮肤的粘膜细胞数量明显增多， 且在上皮的深层也出现部分粘膜细胞， 但其形态、大小无明显变化。In the paper,the stimulation of concanavalin A(Con A)to mucous cells of carp were studied The results showed that intraperitoneal injection of Con A resulted in obvious increasing of mucous cells number in gills,oral epithelium and skin of carp, and a few mucous cells appeared in the deeper layer of the epidermis But the shape and size was not obviously changed
