摘 要:为验证槲皮素对禽流感人工感染鸡的防治效果,将中药槲皮素人工灌喂试验鸡,观察试验鸡的临床症状及死亡情况,并统计各组鸡的死亡率。第一次试验以盐酸金刚烷胺为药物对照,测试槲素I溶液、槲皮素II溶液及槲皮素复方溶液对禽流感人工感染鸡的药效。第二次试验再以第一次实验效果最好的槲皮素不同浓度溶液进行对照实验。结果表明:灌喂槲皮素后,感染鸡发病时间明显延迟,死亡率有所降低,表明槲皮素对禽流感感染有一定的防治作用。第一次试验以槲皮素复方溶液的效果最好。第二次试验槲皮素复方溶液分100mg/kg、400mg/kg、1600mg/kg三个浓度灌喂,其中以400mg/kg浓度最为合适。The role ofquercetin for chickens against artificial infection of AIV was studied in this study. The clinical symptom of chickens was observed and the death rate was calculated after the chickens were fed with quercetion and infected with AIV. In the first experiment the role ofquercetin I, quercetin II and quercetin complex for chickens against AIV infection was determined with amatantadine group as the control. In the second experiment the best quercetin with different concentration was used. The results showed that the A1V onset of infected chickens was delayed and the death rate was lower than that of control group. Quercetin had some effect on preventing AIV infection. In the first experiment, the effect of Querce Tin complex was the best. In the secondary experiment Querce Tin complex solution with different concentrations (100mg/kg, 400mg/kg or 1600mg/kg) was applied and the results showed that the concentration of 400mg/kg was the most suitable concentration..
