摘  要:利用煤绝热氧化模拟系统研究了义马长焰煤绝热氧化升温过程,并对测试结果进行分析发现,义马煤氧化升温过程具有明显的分段特性,并且其动力学参数发生2次突变,102℃以后活化能和指前因子并没有增加;利用电子自旋共振测谱仪(ESR)测试升温过程中义马煤在不同温度时的自由基浓度,结果表明:义马煤自由基浓度随温度的升高先缓慢增加后快速增加,到120℃以后开始减小,这个过程也具有明显的分段特性.最后对比分析2个实验结果,发现义马长焰煤在其升温过程中动力学参数的变化趋势与自由基浓度的变化趋势之间存在一定的对应关系。The self- developed adiabatic oxidation experimental system was used to simulate the adiabatic oxidation process of Yima coal, according to the research ,it was demonstrated that the development of oxidation process can be divided into several obvious stages,and kinetic parameter have changed two times, activation energy E and the p re - exponential factor A have not increased after 102~C ;The variation of free radicals concentrations were studied using an electron spin resonance (ESR)spectrograph in the changing temperature during oxidation. The results show that the variation of free radicals concentrations also can be divided into several obvious stages,as the temperature increase ,free radicals concentrations of Yima coal increase slowly firstly and then much rapidly , but decrease after 120℃. According to both results found that the trend of kinetic parameter correspond with the trend of variation of free radicals concentrations.
