经济指标在城乡防护等级划分中的应用研究

摘　　要：城市和乡村防洪标准与保护区人口、经济规模等密不可分。通过研究GDP及与之有关的多个经济指标的内涵、合理性、稳定性等,推荐采用经济当量人口指标作为防护等级划分的指标。根据我国经济发展现状,城市经济当量人口指标建议按自然人口的2倍取值,乡村经济当量人口指标建议按自然人口的1/2取值。The flood control standard of urban or rural areas is closely related to the population and economic scale of the protected area.Through the research on the connotation,reasonableness and stability of GDP and several indices related to it,the economic equivalent population is recommended to be the index used in the classification of flood protection grade.According to the practical situation of the economic development in our country,it is recommended that the economic equivalent population in city is twice of the natural population,and that in countryside is half of the natural population.
