摘　　要：目的:建立新疆民间维药马蔺根药用质量标准,为该药用植物资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采集新疆各地共10批马蔺根药材,鉴别其性状、显微、水分、灰分、浸出物;采用薄层色谱(TLC)法进行定性鉴别;采用挥发油测定法测定其挥发油含量。结果:性状、显微鉴别特征明显;TLC斑点清晰、分离度好;含挥发油不得少于0.15%。结论:所建标准可用于马蔺根的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Xinjiang Uygur medicine I.halophila by setting up the quality standard of it.METHODS：10 batches of I.halophila were collected from Xinjiang.The character,microscopic characteristics,moisture,ash and extract of it were identified.TLC was applied for qualitative identification.The content of volatile oil was determined by determination method for volatile oil.RESULTS：The character,microscopic characteristics and TLC spots of it clear;the content of volatile oil was no less than 0.15%.CONCLUSION：Established method can be used for the quality control of I.halophila.
