摘  要:目的:建立细辛药材中10种农药残留的气相色谱分析方法。方法:样品经丙酮-水(7∶3,v/v)超声提取后,用正己烷进行液液分配,提取液经弗罗里硅土柱净化,采用OV-1701弹性石英毛细管柱进行分离,用毛细管气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)同时检测。结果:各农药回归方程的线性良好,相关系数为0.9903~0.9991;仪器精密度为1.2%~3.4%;方法精密度为6.5%~7.4%;加样回收率为84.0%~103.2%,RSD为2.5%~8.8%。结论:本方法可用于中药材中农药残留的测定。OBJECTIVE:To determine the GC method for the determination of 10 kinds of pesticide residues in Asari Radix et Rhizoma.METHODS:After the pesticide residues were extracted from Asari Radix et Rhizoma with acetone-water(7:3,V/V),were liquid/liquid extracted by normal hexane.Extracts were clean-up by alumina neutral-florisil column.The separation was performed on OV-1701 fused-silica capillary column.Analytical screening was determined by GC using capillary column equipped with electron-capture detector.RESULTS:The correlation coefficients were between 0.990 3~0.999 1,the precisions of instrument were 1.2%~3.4%.The precisions of methods were between 6.5%~7.4%.The recoveries were between 84.0%~103.2%,RSD was 2.5%~8.8%.CONCLUSION:The method can be used for the determination of pesticide residues in Chinese patent medicine.
