摘　　要：目的:了解我院便民药房妇科类中成药的使用情况,为中成药的管理和临床合理用药提供参考。方法:调取我院便民药房2008-2010年妇科类中成药的销售数据,对年销售金额、用药频率(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行回顾性统计分析。结果:2008-2010年我院便民药房妇科类中成药的销售金额和DDDs呈稳定上升趋势,DDC在10元以下的品种占多半。结论:我院便民药房妇科类中成药的使用基本合理。OBJECTIVE：To understand the application of Chinese patent medicines in gyneocology at our hospital pharmacy and in order to provide a reference for the Chinese patent medicine administra-tion and clinical rational drug useage.METHODS：Taking the 2008-2010 sale data on the descriptions of Chinese patent medicines in yneocology from our hospital pharmacy.A retrospective statistical analysis was carried out based on the annual sale amount,frequen-cy of administration（DDDs）,average daily costs.RESULTS：During the period of 2008 to 2010,the annual sale amount and frequency of admin-istration（DDDs） were increasing steadily at our hospital pharmacy.The average daily cost is under 10Yuan for most of Chinese patent medicines.CONCLUSION：The application of Chinese patent medicines in gynecology at our hospital pharmacy is reasonable.
