摘　　要：把文化知识学习和思想品德修养紧密结合起来,在提高专业素养的同时陶冶高尚情操,把握人生正确航向,做到德才兼备,是当代大学生成长的核心;把创新思维和社会实践紧密结合起来,在社会实践中增长才干,不断提高创新创业能力,切实掌握服务人民的过硬本领,做到知行统一,是当代大学生成长的关键;把全面发展和个性发展紧密结合起来,在全面发展的基础上保持个性、彰显本色,努力成为可堪大用、能负重任的栋梁之材,是当代大学生成长的方向。The study and the cultural knowledge closely combine the ideological and moral cultivation, while improving the professionalism cultivate noble character,take the right course in life,so that both ability and integrity is the core of the growth of contemporary college students;the innovative thinking and close integration of social practice is going up,in social practice and increase their abilities and constantly improve theinnovation and entrepreneurship,and effectively serve the people of the excellent ability to grasp, so that unity of knowledge is the key to the growth of contemporary college students; the overall development and personality development closely combine the basis of full development, to maintain the character, show true quality, and strive to become useful and a pillar is the direction of the growth of contemporary college students.
