摘　　要：高校档案信息资源管理是通过有效的手段进行高校档案信息资源的合理配置,促进高校档案信息资源的开发、利用和增值,实现教书育人的可持续发展,在德育中具有重要的地位和作用。而要发挥高校档案信息资源管理在高校学生德育中的作用,需要更新思想理念;追求高校档案信息资源的丰富化,着力环境建设;追求高校档案信息资源的网络化,强化德育功能。College information resources is the collection of information accumulated in all types information activities which based on the information as the core elements. College information resources management is an effective means through college information rational allocation of resources to promote the college information resources development, utilization and value-- added,to achieve the sustainable development of teaching and educating, which plays an important role in the moral education. College information resources management in the moral education of college students should play its due role.
