冠心病介入治疗后出院宣教的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨出院宣教对冠心病介入治疗病人生活质量的影响。方法:将82例冠心病介入治疗病人随机分为强化出院宣教组(41例)和一般宣教组(41例),比较两组病人出院1年后药物顺应性、心血管事件再发生率。结果:90%以上病人能积极配合治疗和护理,掌握出院后的应急措施、药物、日常生活和饮食等方面的知识。结论:通过健康教育使冠心病病人减少对手术的焦虑和恐惧,减少并发症的发生,对降低再次入院及再次接受冠心病介入治疗起到积极作用。Objective：To explore the influence of discharge education on the quality of life in patient with percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods：82 cases of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into intensive discharge education group （ n = 41 ） and conventional mission group （ n = 41 ）. To compare two groups of patients discharged 1 year after drug compliance, and cardiovascular events again incidence. Results：90% patients can actively co operate with treatment and nursing ＂after discharge, mastery of the emergency measures, medicine, daily life and the knowledge of the respect such as diet. Conclusions ：Through the health education to patients with coronary artery disease to reduce operation anxious and fearful, decrease complications, to reduce hospit＇,fl readmission and again accept percutaneous coronary intervention play a positive role.
