摘 要:目的:探讨出院宣教对冠心病介入治疗病人生活质量的影响。方法:将82例冠心病介入治疗病人随机分为强化出院宣教组(41例)和一般宣教组(41例),比较两组病人出院1年后药物顺应性、心血管事件再发生率。结果:90%以上病人能积极配合治疗和护理,掌握出院后的应急措施、药物、日常生活和饮食等方面的知识。结论:通过健康教育使冠心病病人减少对手术的焦虑和恐惧,减少并发症的发生,对降低再次入院及再次接受冠心病介入治疗起到积极作用。Objective:To explore the influence of discharge education on the quality of life in patient with percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods:82 cases of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into intensive discharge education group ( n = 41 ) and conventional mission group ( n = 41 ). To compare two groups of patients discharged 1 year after drug compliance, and cardiovascular events again incidence. Results:90% patients can actively co operate with treatment and nursing "after discharge, mastery of the emergency measures, medicine, daily life and the knowledge of the respect such as diet. Conclusions :Through the health education to patients with coronary artery disease to reduce operation anxious and fearful, decrease complications, to reduce hospit',fl readmission and again accept percutaneous coronary intervention play a positive role.
