摘　　要：本研究旨在阐述社会工作机构发展双重性特征的基础上,提出"地位分化过程"与"地位同化过程"的双缺失导致社工机构发展的制度困境。论文最后提出了在现有制度框架下,社工机构的发展路径。This study aims to state the dual nature of social work institutions,and puts forward the double lack of ＂status differentiation process＂ and ＂status of assimilation process＂ of the development of social work institutions.At last,the study puts forward the development path of social work institutions under the framework of existing system.
