σ Conjugations and the Optical-electrical Properties in the Polymers with the Backbone of Catenated Group IV Elements

摘  要:主链由第四族非碳元素组成时,σ电子呈离域状态,由此带来许多不同于碳链聚合物的特殊性能。本文综述了高分子量链状聚硅烷、聚锗烷和聚锡烷的合成方法,简要介绍了这类聚合物的性能及其光电活性。Study on high molecular weight polysilanes,polygermanes and polystannanes has been reviewed. In the polymers consisting of only catenated homoatoms of group IV elements like Si,Ge,or Sn along the polymer backbone,there are two organic substituents at each atoms of Si,Ge,or Sn.The organic substituents are usually alkyl or aromatic groups.It has been shown experimentally that the skeleton absorption energies due to σ σ * transition decreases from Si to Sn.The polymers consisting of Si,Ge,or Sn exhibit a strong UV vis absorption that results from σ conjugation along the Si,Ge,or Sn backbone respectively,which leads to these polymers interesting and promising electronic properties and potential applications.
