摘　　要：本文简要介绍了TOFD(超声衍射时差法)检测技术特点。以氧化铝生产关键设备——压煮器作为壁厚>60mm压力容器的检测实例,对其对接焊缝采用TOFD检测技术,与A型超声波检测相比,对TOFD检测技术在压力容器检测应用的优越性及可靠性进行探讨,为TOFD检测技术在压力容器定期检验推广应用提供借鉴。The paper introduced the characteristic of TOFD technology as the example of pressure vessel inspection of thickness more than 60mm of autoclave which is the key device in alumina production. The inspection effect and the key technology in TOFD about the butt-jointed seam inspection are provided also. Contrast to A-type ultrasound, the superiority and reliability of the TOFD technology is discussed, and the inspection experience can be used for widely application.
