延长2P209泵机械密封使用寿命的改进措施研究

摘　　要：为了解决化工生产过程输送含有颗粒、易聚合、易沉积介质的离心泵的机械密封易于损坏的问题。以一台实际运行的离心泵为研究对象,通过改进机械密封结构、改变密封室结构、改变机械密封的冲洗方式,强化现场监控管理及细化操作等多项措施对该泵的密封进行改进,最终达到延长此类泵机械密封的使用寿命的效果。In the chemical industry production process,the mechanical seals used in centrifugal pump which is used to transport particle-containing and easy polymerizing and sedimentary medium is easy to be destoried.A centrifugal pump actually running as the research object was adopted in order to analyze the problems.The pump seal was improved by improving the structure of the mechanical seal,structure for seal chamber and mechanical seal flushing methods and strengthening site monitoring management and detailing the operational approach etc.The service life of the mechanical seals will be prolonged.
