摘  要:目的观察小茴香精油及水提物(去油)对阿托品致胃肠动力障碍小鼠胃肠运动的影响。方法选择昆明种小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阿托品模型组、小茴香水提物组、小茴香精油组、莫沙必利组。空白对照组、阿托品模型组均给予0.2ml/10g生理盐水灌胃;小茴香水提物组给予去油小茴香水提物(含小茴香75mg/m1)0.2ml/10g灌胃;小茴香精油组以300mg/kg精油灌胃,莫沙必利组给莫沙必利混悬液(含莫沙必利15mg/ml)灌胃。连续3d,禁食18h后,于第4天空白对照组腹腔注射生理盐水,其他组腹腔注射硫酸阿托品注射液,以葡聚糖蓝(BD)2000为标记物,观察胃排空率和肠推进率。结果小茴香精油组、莫沙必利组、小茴香水提物组处理后小鼠的胃排空率分别为(91.97±4.42)%、(90.26±5.81)%、(80.01土6.27)%、(72.88±9.13)%;肠推进率分别为(53.32±7.49)%、(53.02±9.13)%、(44.16±7.68)%、(37.52±6.19)%。小茴香精油组、莫沙必利组、小茴香水提物组对阿托品所致胃肠动力障碍小鼠的胃排空(P值分别为0.004、0.001、0.004)和肠推进(P值分别0.003、0.025、0.015)均有拮抗作用;小茴香精油组促进胃排空作用(P值分别为0.000、0.002)、肠推进作用优于小茴香水提物组(P值分别为0.001、0.001)。结论小茴香提取物可拮抗小鼠的胃肠动力障碍,小茴香精油是主要活性成分。Objective To observe the effects of fennel essential oil and water extracts (distilled oil is not included) on gastrointestinal motility disorder caused by atropine in mice. Methods Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group atropine, water extracts group, fennel essential oil group, mosapride group. Blank control group and model group atropine were orally administered with normal saline of 0.2 ml/10 g. Water extracts group was orally administered with Water extracts (75 mg/ml) of 0.2 ml/10 g. Fennel essential oil group was orally administered with Essential oil of 300 mg/kg. Mosapride group was orally administered with mosapride( 15 mg/ml ). Subjects were orally treated for 3 d. After fasting for 18 h, blank control group was intraperitoneally injected saline on the fourth day, and other groups were injected atropine sulfate injection to induce animal model of gastrointestinal motility disorder. Blue dextran (BD)2000 was used to observe the gastric emptying rate and rate of intestinal propulsion. Results Gastric emptying rates of fennel essential oil group, mosapride group, water extracts group and model group atropine were respectively (91.97 ± 4.42) %, (90.26±5.81) % (80.01± 6.27) %, (72.88 ± 9.13) %, and intestinal pushing rates were respectively (53.32 ± 7.49) %, (53.02± 9.13) %, (44.16 ± 7.68) %, (37.52 ± 6.19) %. Fennel essential oil, mosapride and water extracts enhanced the gastric emptying and intestinal propulsion in gastrointestinal motility disorder animal caused by atropine (P values were 0.004、 0.001, 0.004, 0.003, 0.025, 0.015), where Fennel essential oil and mosapride were superior to the water, extracts (P values were 0.000, 0.002, 0.001, 0.001).Conclusion Fennel extracts may promote gastrointestinal movement of atropine -induced gastrointestinal motility disorder in mice and fennel essential oil is the main active ingredient.
