摘 要:电气化铁道牵引供电系统存在功率因数低、谐波含量和负序电流大等电能质量问题,而传统的固定电容器式无功补偿又存在易容性过补,易与电网谐振,且滤波效果差等问题。文中提出一种基于混合滤波的应用于牵引供电系统的电能质量优化控制方法,它是利用无源网络隔离基波电压,充分发挥有源滤波器、无源滤波器各自优势的新型滤波装置。分析了其拓扑结构和补偿原理,详细阐述了其优化控制策略,通过建立混合滤波器容量优化模型对其整体容量配置进行了优化设计。以一实际牵引变电所为例,建立了相应的仿真模型,通过详细的仿真,验证了综合补偿方案所具有的良好的无功补偿和谐波抑制效果。The electrified railway brings the problems such as low power factor, much harmonic and large negative sequence current. However, the conventional fixed capacitor-type reactive power compensation brings several problems such as easy exceeding compensating, poor filtering effect, and resonance with the power grid. To solve these problems, a new hybrid filtering based on power quality control method for the traction system is proposed which makes full use of passive filters and active filters. The topological structure and the operating principle are analyzed. Then, the control strategy of the hybrid power filter is given. The whole capacity of the hybrid power filter is optimized by building up optimization model. Finally, the detailed simulation on a certain traction substation is performed to verify good effect on reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression caused by the proposed hybrid power filter.
