摘 要:目的探讨陕西农村地区婴幼儿膳食营养素与智能发育的关系。方法采取随机抽样的方法对55名1~18个月母乳喂养的健康婴幼儿进行问卷、膳食营养调查,用Bayley婴幼儿发展量表进行智能评估。调查数据采用sPSs13.0软件完成统计分析。结果调查地区婴幼儿智能发育水平较低;婴幼儿每日膳食中单位体重能量、蛋白质和脂肪总的摄入量在各个年龄段均低于中国营养学会制定的RNIs标准。智力发展指数(MDI)异常组的多数营养素摄入和能量均低于正常组,其中母乳蛋白质含量(7.30±2.01g/L,F=7.089)和摄入总蛋白量(F=4.882)在两组问的差异有明显的统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。MDI与每日单位体重蛋白质的摄入量有明显的正相关(r=0.300,P〈0.05)。结论婴幼儿智能发育与母乳成份和每日膳食密切相关,该地区通过乳汁以及总膳食中提供的能量和蛋白质不能完全满足婴儿的需要,增加母乳中蛋白质及膳食中蛋白质的含量可降低发生智能异常的雇.险性。Objective To investigate the effects of dietary nutrients on intelligence development of infants in rural area of Shaanxi Province. Methods 55 healthy infants aged between 1 and 18 months were randomly selected for questionnaire investigation and dietary nutrition survey, and Bayley Scales of Infant Development (BSID) was used to assess infants' intelligence development. The data were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 statistic software. Results The intelligence development level of the infants in these rural areas was lower, and the total intakes of energy, protein and fat from daily diet per unit body weight didn' t reach the recommended nutrient intake standard (RNIs). Most of the intakes nutrients and energy of abnormal MDI group were lower than those of normal group, and the differences in protein content in breast milk ( F = 7. 089) and total protein intake ( F = 4. 882) between two groups were statistically significant ( both P 〈 0.05 ). Obviously MDI was positively correlated with protein intake per unit body weight ( r = 0. 300, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The intelligence development of infants is closely related with breast milk content and daily diet. The total energy and protein intake from breast milk and daily diet cannot meet the needs of the infants in these rural areas. Increasing protein content of breast milk and daily diet will decrease the risk of intelligence dysplasia.
