布地奈德雾化吸入治疗妊娠合并支气管哮喘的分析

摘　　要：目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入治疗妊娠合并支气管哮喘的临床反应。方法选自2007年11月至2011年2月住院妊娠合并支气管哮喘患者62例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。治疗后测FEV1%(1s用力呼气量),观察两组日间哮喘症状、夜间憋醒次数和安全性等。结果经治疗1疗程后,治疗组的FEV1较对照组显著增加(P<0.05),日间哮喘症状、夜间憋醒次数等也较对照组有显著改善。结论布地奈德气雾剂对于控制妊娠合并支气管哮喘患者的症状、减少发作具有良好疗效,且治疗耐受性好。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the inhalation budesonide on pregnancy with asthma. Methods Totally 62 cases of pregnancy with asthma were devided into two groups randomly. Both groups were treated with synthetic therapy. 33 cases in observed group were assist treated with budesonide inhalation. The clinical effects were evaluated in both groups after the treatment. Results The group with inhaled budesonide is superior to the control group in increasing FEV1 and relieving and shortening the grade of asthma daytime symptoms. Conclusions Budesonide inhalation is effective, safe and convenient to treat pregnancy with asthma. It can be one of effective ways in the treatment of pregnancy with asthma.
