摘  要:目的探讨干细胞因子(SCF)及微血管密度值在卵巢子宫内膜异位症(EMs)组织中的阳性表达情况,并分析其与血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组织SABC法检测36例子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜(异位内膜组)和在位内膜组织(在位内膜组)中干细胞因子阳性表达和微血管密度值,并与32例正常子宫内膜(对照组)进行比较。结果①异位和在位内膜组中,干细胞因子阳性表达平均光密度均高于对照组(t值分别为6.517、5.277,均P=0.000);异位和在位内膜组中,微血管密度值也均高于对照组(t值分别为2.645、2.663,均P=0.01);②干细胞因子的阳性表达和微血管密度值在异位内膜组的Ⅰ/Ⅱ期与Ⅲ/Ⅳ期比较均无显著性差异(均P〉0.05);③异位及在位内膜组中,干细胞因子的阳性表达及微血管密度值均呈正相关(r值分别为0.686、0.454,均P〈0.05)。结论干细胞因子在异位内膜和在位内膜中的血管生成过程中密切相关,可能为子宫内膜异位症的治疗提供新的靶点。Objective To study the positive expression of stem cell factor (SCF) and microvessel density (MVD) in patients with endometriosis (EMs)and their relationship with angiogenesis. Methods Immunohistochemical Strept Avidin Biotin Complex (SABC) method was used to determine the positive expression of SCF and MVD in the eutopic endometrium ( eutopic endometrium group) and ectopic endometrium (ectopic endometrium group) of 36 cases of EMs, and they were compared with 32 cases of normal endometrium (control group). Results In the ectopic and eutopic endometrium group, the mean optical density (MOD) of the positive expression of SCF was higher than that in control group ( t was 6. 517 and 5. 277 respectively, P = 0.000), and the MVD value was also higher than that in control group ( t was 2.645 and 2.663 respectively, P = 0.01 ). The positive expressions of SCF and MVD value of ectopic endometrium group at stage I and II were not remarkably different from those at stage III and IV (P 〉 0.05). The positive expression of SCF was positively correlated with MVD value both in ectopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group ( r was 0. 686, 0. 454, respectively, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion SCF plays a key role in angiogenesis process of ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium, and it may provide new target for therapy of endometriosis.
