经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜息肉的评估

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值。方法对82例经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查诊断为子宫内膜息肉的患者行宫腔镜和病理检查。结果经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的符合率为85．4％（70／82）。子宫内膜增生期经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查诊断子宫内膜息肉的符合率为91．2％（52／57）。联合宫腔镜检查诊断子宫内膜息肉的符合率为98．6％（69／70）。结论对于不规则阴道出血、不孕的妇女，经阴道彩色多普勒超声是诊断子宫内膜息肉首选的诊断方法，选择在子宫内膜增生期以及联合宫腔镜检查可提高子宫内膜息肉的诊断率。ObJective To assess the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound （TVCDU）examination for uterine endometrial polyps （EP）. Methods The patients diagnosed with EP by TVCDU examination underwent pathological examination and hysteroscopy, Results The detection rate of TVCDU for uterine EP was 85.4% （70/82）, and the detection rate of that in endometrium proliferative stage was 91.2% （52/57）. Combined with hysteroscopy, the detection rate was 98.6% （69/70）. Conclusion TVCDU examination for uterine EP is the first choice for the women with abnormal vaginal bleeding or infertility. The diagnostic accuracy can be improved when combining TVCDU examination and hysteroscopy in endometrium proliferative stage.
