摘　　要：目的研究异基因外周血造血干细胞移植的护理方法,提高移植效果。方法对86例异基因外周血造血干细胞移植患者护理措施进行总结和分析。结果建立了预处理、干细胞输注及并发症的护理方法,提高了移植效果。结论异基因造血干细胞移植的精心护理为提高造血干细胞移植疗效,减少患者的并发症,提高患者生活质量提供了有力保证。Objective transplantation. Methods To study the nursing protocol of the allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell To summarize and analyze the nursing methods of 86 patients received the allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. Results Established the nursing protocol from donor nursing, stem cell harvest nursing, fore treatment nursing, stem cell transfusion nursing to compli- cation nursing. Conclusions The proper and excellent nursing plays an important role in improvement of curative effect of stem cell transplantation and quality of life as well as reduce the complication.
