摘　　要：目的分析该院人类精子库供精者在筛查时被淘汰的原因,为今后该精子库工作人员对供精者的筛查工作提供参考。方法对该院人类精子库2007年1月～2010年12月7 738例供精者的筛查资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2091(27.02%)例成为合格的供精者,5647(72.98%)例供精者被淘汰,不合格原因如下:精液质量未达标3 435例是淘汰的主要原因,之后依次为不愿排精808例,体检不合格332例,未参加体检327例,排精困难209例,年龄未达标205例,长时间未参与195例,供精半年后未复查艾滋病病毒(HIV)84例,其他如自愿放弃,连续多次不合格52例。结论精液质量未达标是供精者初筛时被淘汰的主要原因。此外,不愿排精、未参加体检、体检不合格、年龄未达标、长时间未参与、排精困难和未复查HIV等也是被淘汰的重要原因。【Objective】 To analyze the eliminated reasons of donors of semen of our sperm bank during screening,then provide references about screening for staff in our sperm bank.【Methods】 The screening results of 7738 donors of semen about in our sperm bank were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】 2091 of 7738 donors were qualified,and 5647 of whom were abandoned during screening.Unqualified reasons below： the main reason was that semen quality of 3435 donors did not arrive at the standard,other reasons of donor disqualification were that 624 donors were reluctant to row semen,medical examination of 332 donors were unqualified,327 donors did not attend medical examination,209 donors row semen difficulty,age of 205 donors not done,195 donors did not participant in for long time,84 donors did not review HIV,52 donors give up or are unqualified continuously.【Conclusion】 Unqualified semen quality is the main reason of being eliminated during screening.In addition,reluctant to row semen,not attending medical examination,medical examination unqualified,age not done,not participating in for long time,rowing semen difficultly,not reviewing HIV are also the important reasons.
