摘 要:采用浸渍法将茶碱负载于阳离子交换树脂上 ,制得茶碱负载树脂 ( TCR)。在一定浓度的硝酸或氨水溶液中 ,茶碱负载树脂具有较好的化学稳定性。以 ICP AES作为检测手段 ,考察了其对银离子的吸附性能。结果表明 ,TCR在 p H 4~ 7范围内可定量吸附Ag+ ,2 mg m L硫脲 0 .5 mol L HNO3的混合溶液可作为银的良好解吸剂。该负载树脂对银的吸附容量大 ,选择性好 ,适用于痕量银的富集分离。A new adsorbent (TCR) were prepared with alkoid theophylline loaded on cation exchang resin. TCR is stable generally in HCl (0.1~1.0 mol/L) and NH 3·H 2O,its adsorption properties to Ag + was studied by ICP AES. It was found that adsorption rate was more than 90% in pH (4~7),and 2 mg/mL thiourea 0.5 mol/L HNO 3 was the best eluent for silver. The static and dynamic adsorption capacity of TCR to silver were 27.7 mg/g and 8.7 mg/g, respectively. The interference effects of some coexisting ions were studied. The prepared absorbent TCR could be reused for five times.
