摘　　要：电子申请单的实现是HIS与PACS集成过程中最关键和重要的一步。本文详细阐述了常州市第一人民医院电子申请单的影像检查流程设计、PACS与HIS的数据集成流程设计。通过电子申请单使用后，临床医生可在医生工作站上及时调阅患者的影像资料和诊断报告，提高工作效，率。同时本文也介绍了PACS和RIS／HIS所管理信息对象及遵循的相关标准，阐述了电子申请单的实施过程及流程，并结合实例说明了医生工作站如何通过RIS／HIS接口调阅PACS系统中的检查信息。The implementation of electronic orders is considered the most important and critical step in the process of integrating HIS with PACS. The arllde describes the flow process how to design eleetronle orders and, their applications in our hospital.By using the electronic orders,clinicians can timely access to patient medical workstation image data and diagnostic reports,im- prove work e/~ciency.In addition,the article also introduced the PACS and R/S/HIS management information object and the relevant standards,describes the implementation process of dectronic orders.
