摘 要:以2002~2005年山西省中晚熟春玉米区域试验为例,基于优化的AMMI模型采用欧氏距离法分析地点鉴别力的大小,采用组内相关系数评价它们在年内、年际的重演性。结果表明,2004~2005年的地点鉴别力差异明显,而且有较好的重演性;共明确9个高鉴别力的地点,这些地点在不同条件下有高度的一致性。基于AMMI模型分析地点鉴别力的方法适用于玉米品种区域试验。The regional trials of mid-late-mature spring corn were used as an example in Shanxi province, the AMMI model was based on optimizing the use of Euclidean distance method to analyze the ability of distinguishing the size of the site, using the intra-class correlation coefficient to evaluate their inter-annual repeatability. The results showed that in later two years, site discriminating abilities were significantly different and showed reasonable repeatability. There were 9 selected sites showing high-discrimination and consistency among diverse conditions. Based on the site discriminating method, AMMI model was suitable for regional corn cultivar trials.
