摘  要:为更好地研究金属材料的切削加工过程,以DEFORM-3D软件为平台,利用有限元方法对0Cr18Ni9不锈钢的切削过程进行了建模与仿真,分析0Cr18Ni9不锈钢的切削力变化规律以及切削速度和进给量对其切削力的影响,并同理论计算结果进行对比验证。研究表明,DEFORM-3D软件所得仿真数据与理论计算结果吻合度较高,说明仿真结果具有较高的可信度,为系统地研究金属的切削过程提供了一种新的途径。In order to improve the research on metal cutting process,DEFORM-3D was used as a platform,and the cutting process of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel was modeled and simulated by FEA,finally the change law of the cutting force of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel and the influence made by cutting speed and feed were analyzed,and the simulation data were made contrast with calculation data.The results show that the simulation data got by DEFORM-3D have a relatively high inosculation with the calculation data,which means simulation dada has a relatively high level of reliability.It provides a new way to systematically investigate the metal cutting process.
