摘 要:国内褐煤锅炉通常以褐煤的冲刷磨损指数和外在水分为依据,选用中速磨煤机或风扇磨煤机制粉系统。通过对国外选取褐煤锅炉制粉系统方法的研究,建议在测定褐煤的外在水分时应考虑煤样的粒度、干燥时间、温度和湿度等条件,也可采用褐煤的全水分Mt作为褐煤锅炉磨煤机选型的依据。此外,煤粉水分的选取对制粉系统运行有很大影响,通过对采用不同的煤粉水分选取方法计算得到的结果与实际运行的煤粉水分数据进行比较,提出了煤粉水分的选取方法。Based on the impingement abrasion index and the external moisture content of lignite, the medium-speed pulverizer or fan mill pulverizing systems were usually selected in the lignite utility boilers in China. By researching on the selection method of lignite utility boilers pulverizing systems overseas, coal particle size, drying time, drying temperature and drying humidity was suggested to be concerned when determining the external moisture content of lignite. Also the total moisture content M, could be references for selection of pulverized preparation system in lignite utility, boilers. And the selection for the moisture content of coal will affect the operation of the pulverizing system greatly. Comparing the resuhs calculated by these different methods with the actually measured data, the way to select moisture content in pulverized coal was proposed.
