摘  要:目的:观察空气波压力治疗仪联合胰激肽原酶治疗糖尿病外周血管病变的临床疗效。方法:选择有外周血管病变的2型糖尿病患者41例随机分为2组:空气波压力治疗仪联合胰激肽原酶治疗组和对照组,胰岛素或口服降糖药控制血糖,配合内科综合治疗,观察血糖及外周血管病变的改善情况。结果:21例患者在空气波压力治疗仪联合胰激肽原酶治疗后均得到明显改善,较对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用空气波压力治疗仪配合内科综合治疗糖尿病外周血管病变是临床有效的措施。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficiency of air wave pressure inslrument combined with pancreatic kinino genase therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular lesions. METHODS 41 cases of patients suffering from peripheral vascular lesions of type 2 diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: air wave pressure instrument combined with pancreatic kininogenase group and control group; insulin or oral glucose-lowering medications were used to control the blood glucose level, cooperated with internal comprehensive treatment. The blood glucose level and peripheral vascular lesions improvement were observed. RESULTS 21 patients in the group of air wave pressure instrument combined with pancreatic kininogenase after treatment were obviously improved, and compared with control group the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 01). CONCLUSION The air wave pressure instrument combined with pancreatic kininogenase for the treatment of diabetic peripheral vascular lesions is a clinically effective measure.
