摘 要:针对TJ-1模拟月壤颗粒级配跨度大、粒径>2 mm的颗粒含量多,采用常规方法制备空心圆柱试样容易出现粗细颗粒分离、试样整体不均匀的特点,提出改良型制备方法.首先采用分层欠压法与冰冻法相结合制备出孔隙比e=1.0的实心圆柱试样,并对实心样的均匀性进行评价,得到分层制备相同孔隙比的TJ-1模拟月壤均匀试样时每层试样的高度;而后采用插捣砂雨法制备出相对均匀的空心圆柱试样.改良型方法制备出的TJ-1模拟月壤空心圆柱试样均匀性良好,是后续TJ-1模拟月壤空心圆柱试验顺利进行的重要保证.As the conventional preparation method of making hollow cylinder specimen is not suitable for TJ-1 lunar soil simulant due to its broad span of size distribution and including a mass of particles whose diameters are larger than 2 ram, one kind of adjusting preparation method was brought forward. Firstly, the solid cylinder specimens with a void ratio e= 1.0 were prepared by using the multilayer with undercompaction method (UCM). And then the uniformity of the specimens was evaluated with the application of freezing method for getting height of each layer of the homogeneous specimen. Finally, the isotropic hollow cylinder specimen was prepared by the dry deposition and tamping method. Good results were achieved by using the adjusting method of making uniform hollow cylinder specimen, and simultaneously it provides an important guarantee for the following hollow cylinder experiments of TJ-1 lunar soil simulant.
