摘  要:目前,世界上比较成熟的先进土工测试仪器生产和研发机构主要在英国、美国、日本和俄罗斯等,我国相应的土工测试仪器基本上依赖进口或者委托国外研发机构开发,不仅价格昂贵,而且维修和维护均不方便.以引入三轴土样变形数字图像测量技术为牵引,研发团队从2000年开始便开展土工试验仪器设备的改进和研发工作.主要介绍近年来自主研发的一系列仪器设备,包括:三轴试验机、动力三轴试验机、平面应变仪、水(气)压力控制器、土水特性和渗透系数联合测定仪等,以期提升我国先进土工测试仪器的自主研发能力,为建立先进土工测试技术与仪器设备研发基地创造条件.Currently, advanced geotechnical testing equipments have been produced and used in United Kingdom, United States, Japan and Russia. However, in China, corresponding equipments have to be imported or be entrusted to foreign institutions which are capable of producing the equipments. In this way, it is not only uneconomic but also inconvenient to repair and maintenance. So, based on digital image measurement technology, the authors have led a research team to develop geotechnical testing equipments since 2000. A series of independently developed equipments are described in this paper, including triaxial testing machine, dy- namic triaxial testing machine, plane strain apparatus, water (gas) pressure controller, combined de- vices for soil water characteristics and permeability coefficient of unsaturated soil. By this way, it will be expected that the ability of independent research and development of advanced geotechnical testing equipments in China will be improved, and a research and development base for constructing advanced geotechnical testing equipments will be created.
