摘  要:1 100 kV电容套管用瓷套是1 100 kV电容套管的关键部件。根据1 100 kV油纸电容式套管的技术要求,介绍了1 100 kV电容套管瓷套的设计、制造及试验等研制情况。重点介绍了毛坯挤制用真空练泥机工艺套筒设计时工艺参数的确定、挤制过程中大直径毛坯的断裂、塌裂的原因及解决措施;通过对内孔刀架的改造,满足了修坯要求;通过增加等速干燥阶段的时间,干坯上釉后返烘等措施,解决了干坯干燥及烧成过程中的开裂缺陷;在切割时采用多次切割,放慢进刀速度,这样有效的解决了大底座切割下落蹦边这一问题;对试制过程中瓷套有机粘结接口耐压击穿进行了分析并提出了有效措施。试验结果表明,产品通过了所要求的试验。1 100 kV hollow porcelain insulator for capacitance bushing is a key device in 1 100 kV capacitance bushing. According to technical requirements of the 1 100 kV capacitance bushing to hollow porcelain insulator, the design, manufacture and test of 1 100 kV hollow porcelain insulator was introduced. Establishment of craft data for designing mouthpiece extension of vacuum pug mill used for extrusion, and the cause and measure of the large-diameter clay body breaking and cracking during extruding were focused on. Turning technology requirement was satisfied after reforming the inner bore knife rest, and the problem of the clay body crazing during firing was solved after increasing constant rate drying time drying and and re-drying after glazing.The problem that great base sinking and cracking was solved effectively by cutting repeated and slowing entering speed. The phenomena that interface pressure puncture of organic adhesion porcelain was analyzed, and the effective measure was proposed. The test results showed that the products passed all the experimsnats that required.
