摘 要:目的筛选丹参面膜的主要辅料。方法采用星点设计-效应面法,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)与羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)用量比及甘油、无水乙醇用量为考察对象,以成膜时间和膜外观评价进行综合评分,运用多元线性回归及二项式拟合建立指标与因素之间的数学模型,经效应面法预测最佳参数并进行验证。结果最佳辅料质量分别为PVA1788/CMC-Na(3∶2)、6%甘油、10%无水乙醇。结论所用方法能较好地优选丹参面膜的主要辅料,所建立的二项式数学模型预测值良好。OBJECTIVE To screen the main pharmaceutical adjuncts for Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae facial mask.METHODS Central composite design analysis(CCD) was applied to investigate the parameters including the ratio of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and sodium carboxymethylcellulose(CMC-Na),the amount of glycerin and absolute ethyl alcohol.The membrane formation time and membrane appearance were evaluated and scored as the investigating indices.A model was established using multiple linear regression and quadratic-fit equation to demonstrate the relationship between the indices and the parameters.The best parameters were estimated by response-surface methodology(RSM)and verified.RESULTS The best parameters are as follows:PVA1788/CMC-Na ratio was 3:2,glycerin amount was 6% and absolute ethyl alcohol was 10%.CONCLUSION CCD-RSM is suitable for screening the main pharmaceutial adjuncts for Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae facial mask and the established model is in good agreement with prediction.
