摘 要:目的研究干旱胁迫对川白芷种子萌发的影响及其种苗的抗旱性。方法以川白芷种子为试验材料,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱条件,测定种子发芽率、种苗生长情况、丙二醛(MDA)的含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性等指标。结果随着胁迫程度的增加,川白芷种子发芽率、种苗生长等指标总体表现先升后降的趋势;而种苗MDA的含量与SOD的活性呈上升趋势。结论川白芷种子在适当的干旱胁迫下不但可提高发芽率,而且可提高幼苗的抗旱性。OBJECTIVE To study the influence of simulated drought stress on germination of Chuan Baizhi seed and the drought resistance of its seedling.METHODS Some indexes of Chuan Baizhi,such as germination rate,seedling growth,content of MDA,SOD enzyme activity under drought stress simulated were measured by PEG-6000.RESULTS As the simulated drought stress increases,the germination rate,and seedling growth present rising tendency at the beginning followed by decrease,while the content of MDA and SOD enzyme activity tend to increase.CONCLUSION Under an appropriate simulated drought stress,the seed germination rate and the seedling drought resistance will improve.
