摘  要:针对海洋平台动态可靠性研究中存在的不足,将疲劳和腐蚀作为影响平台抗力衰减最主要的2种因素,根据疲劳与腐蚀的相互影响机理,确定了疲劳应力范围随时间的变化函数,建立了考虑疲劳与腐蚀交互作用的平台动态可靠性模型。并采用该模型分析了渤海4冰区的海洋平台,采用非线性弹簧单元模拟桩土的交互作用,根据冰厚、冰速和来冰方向3参数概率模型对整个冰激疲劳环境划分工况和子工况。分析结果表明,建立的可靠性模型能够很好地体现腐蚀对平台动态可靠性的影响。In light of the weakness existing in the study of the dynamic reliability of the offshore platform, fatigue and corrosion were taken as the major factors to affect the platform resistance attenuation. According to the interaction between fatigue and corrosion the function of the change of fatigue stress scope with time was determined, and the model of the platform's dynamic reliability with reference to the interaction between fatigue and corrosion was established. Then the model was employed to analyze a platform in the 4th ice zone of the Bohai Sea. The nonlinear spring element was adopted to simulate the pile-soil interaction. According to the probability model of the parameters of ice thickness, velocity and direction the entire ice-induced fatigue environment was divided into operating conditions and sub-conditions. The result showed that the reliability model established can very well show the effect of corrosion on the platform's dynamic reliability.
