摘 要:井架由于受气候、搬迁运输、装配和地基沉降等因素的影响会造成结构不同程度的损伤,这些损伤均影响井架大腿及结构承载的均匀性。为全面反映井架总体的受力情况,采用接触刚度法模拟井架大腿在不同载荷下的承载不均问题,并对特制的受力严重不均的实验室K形井架进行应力测试,以验证接触刚度法的适用性和适应性。模拟结果与大腿承载严重不均的实验室模型井架的应力测试结果相比,最大相对误差为17.5%,证实了接触刚度法能有效反应井架在不同载荷下大腿承载的不均匀性,能较好地模拟井架的应力分布情况,可用于井架承载能力的评估。Due to the effect of climate and environment, relocation and transportation, assembly and foundation settlement, the structure of the derrick will be damaged in different degrees. These damages will affect the leg and the evenness of structural load. To reflect the overall force condition of the derrick fully the contact stiffness method was used to simulate the loading unevenness of the derrick leg under different loads. The stress testing of the K-shaped laboratory derrick under severely uneven force conditions was conducted so as to verify the suitability and adaptability of the method. A comparison of the simulation result and the stress testing result of the laboratory model derrick with its leg under severely uneven force conditions indicated that the maximum relative error was 17.5%. It proved that the contact stiffness method could effectively reflect the loading unevenness of the derrick leg under different loads. The stress distribution of the derrick could better be simulated. The method can be used to assess the bearing capacity of the derrick.
