摘  要:根据目前钻井施工对管具排放作业安全性和作业效率的要求,结合当今管具排放技术领域的发展趋势,提出了一种紧凑型管具排放自动化系统的设计方案。该系统由机械臂总成、机械手总成、滑车总成、纵向传动系统总成、走台总成等子系统组成,可直接安装在现有陆地钻机的二层台上。系统采用全液压驱动方式,具有轻便、结构紧凑、作业效率高、现场施工安全性好、安装与拆卸方便、维护成本低以及与现有钻机适应性好等特点,可满足钻机起下钻作业时管具的夹持、提升和排放等作业需要。According to the requirement of the pipe racking safety and efficiency in current drilling operation and referring to the development trend of today's pipe racking technology, a design scheme of the automatic compact pipe racking system was formulated. The system could be installed on the kelly board of the land rig. It consisted of some subsystems including mechanical arm assembly, mechanical hand assembly, tackle assembly, longitudinal transmission assembly and rail assembly. It could directly be installed on the kelly board of the current land rig. It adopted fully hydraulic drive and it was characterized by portability, structural compactness, high operating efficiency, low maintenance costs and strong adaptability to the current rig. It could satisfy the operating requirement of pipe clamping, lifting and racking in running and tripping operations of the rig.
