摘  要:数值模拟可为油藏开发及采油设备的更新提供数据参考。采用Fluent计算软件建立了采油井筒及周围地区含泥砂稠油渗流模型,针对不同的渗流情况,对防砂管附近的原油渗流运动进行模拟,计算并分析模拟数据。分析结果认为,在渗流较大的压力作用下,防砂管很容易发生变形断裂等损坏;在流体流出多孔介质区域时,速度增加很明显,在管内容易碰撞,进而在封闭的环境下对防砂管内壁造成侵蚀,影响防砂管的使用寿命;在防砂管的设计中应使防砂管的结构性能沿竖直方向从中心到两端逐渐变强,从而提高防砂管工作的整体平衡性和受力均匀性。Numerical simulation provides a data reference for oil reservoir development and oil production equipment updating. The Fluent calculation software was adopted to establish the mud-sand containing heavy oil flow model of well shaft and its neighbouring region. According to different percolation conditions, the percolation movement of crude oil near the sand control pipe was simulated and calculated. The simulation data were analyzed. The result showed that due to the effect of relatively high flow pressure it was easy for the sand control pipe to deform and break. When the fluid flowed out of the porous medium zone, the flowrate increased remarkably and it was easy for the fluid to collide with each other in the pipe. In the closed environment the inner wall of the sand control pipe was subject to erosion, thus affecting the service life of the pipe. In the design of the sand control pipe it should be considered that the performance of the pipe get stronger and stronger from the center to both ends along the longitudinal direction so as to improve the overall balance and force evenness of the pipe.
